What are AI credits?
AI credits are a universal currency for AI-powered features. Transcription costs 2 credits per minute of audio. Label generation and visual analysis each cost 1 credit per video. Credits included with your plan reset monthly. Purchased credit packs never expire.
What counts as a 'client'?
A client is an entry in your client list — the dropdown at the top of the app. If you're a freelance editor with 5 clients, that's 5 client slots. Solo creators using CubbyStack for their own content only need 1.
How much storage do I get?
Creator includes 250 GB, Studio includes 1 TB, and Agency includes 5 TB. For reference, 250 GB holds roughly 1,600 minutes of 1080p video or about 25 hours of 4K ProRes. If you go over, extra storage is $5/100 GB per month — and we'll never block your uploads.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll always get a heads-up before reaching any limit. On paid plans, uploads are never blocked — storage overages are billed at add-on rates on your next invoice. For client slots and team seats, you can buy extras at $5/month each without changing your plan.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your Settings page. If you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
What happens if I hit my client limit?
You can either upgrade to the next tier or buy individual client slots at $5/client/month — no need to change your whole plan.
